Feeding station
Workflow of dust-free feeding station
The operator places the material bag on the bracket and pushes it into the grid. Next, the operator made a vertical opening in the material bag and dumped the shaking material bag to empty it. The material falls into the hopper by gravity and can be connected to the conveying unit equipment through the bottom conveying pipeline, effectively conveying the material to the designated location. The built-in induced draft dust collection filter can collect the dust produced during the bag emptying process. The filter is cleaned by reverse compressed air injection, and the cleared dust falls back into the hopper, achieving continuous feeding.

Common troubleshooting

When there is a malfunction in the dust-free feeding station, please check according to the following procedure first:
