The materials are continuously concentrated and dispersed in the cylinder, usually after about 10 to 30 minutes of mixing, so that two or more types of powder and granular materials are fully mixed and evenly. Equipment technical requirements:
1. The mixing cylinder is a W-shaped double conical cylinder, made of high-quality stainless steel plate with circular welding, which is more conducive to cleaning the cylinder after material mixing. Both the inner and outer walls have undergone precision grinding and polishing treatment, featuring a smooth surface, no dead corners, thorough discharge, and easy cleaning;
2. The transmission system is composed of motors, reducers, sprockets, bearings, transmission shafts, and other parts, with no noise during operation, stable operation without shaking or eccentricity;
