Regulated Feeder
A loss-in-weight feeder is a sophisticated machine that incorporates a hopper, a feeder (either single-axis or double-axis screw feeder), a weighing system, and a regulator. This advanced system continuously measures the weight of the hopper, material, and feeder together. During operation, as the material is dispensed, the actual weight loss rate is continually measured and compared against the preset weight loss rate. The system automatically corrects any discrepancies by adjusting the feed rate, ensuring a continuous, smooth, and accurate material feed.
Our state-of-the-art loss-in-weight feeder is perfectly designed to handle a wide array of materials including plastic granules, powders, calcium carbonate, talcum powder, resin film powders, flour, and starch. We offer two specialized scales to address material-specific challenges: powder scales to manage materials with poor fluidity, and granular scales to prevent bridging issues. These innovative solutions effectively address common production hurdles, ensuring seamless operation.
