For challenging cohesive materials like fibers, damp clumps, or liquid-aggregated powders, the mixer is equipped with high-speed choppers installed at a 45-degree downward angle on the drum's side. The chopper blades extend into the drum, where materials driven by the ploughshares enter the chopper's effective range, undergoing high-speed shearing for efficient de-agglomeration and separation.
