The Drag Tube Chain Conveyor for Vertical Conveying of Powder and Granular Materials is ingeniously designed with one or more pipe chain conveyors. It offers three versatile forms of transportation: horizontal, inclined, and vertical. Each pipe chain conveyor is intricately composed of a driving device, a tensioning device, a steering gear, a conveying pipe, a chain material tray, and an advanced control system.

Product Features
1. Boasting a compact structure and a small footprint, this system can effortlessly change conveying directions in three dimensions. It comprises a driving unit, a rotating unit, a steering unit, inlet and outlet components, chain pipes, and observation ports, all seamlessly integrated.
2. Ensuring a completely sealed state from the inlet to the outlet flange, the system eliminates the need for a dust collector at the exit. It can be filled with gas when transporting materials, guaranteeing no dust leaks into the environment.
3. The material is transported smoothly along the pipe with negligible internal movement, minimizing damage. The slow bend transportation feature ensures that very few material particles produce debris, making it exceptionally gentle on the material.
4. This conveyor boasts low energy consumption, long conveying distances, and a simple yet effective structure. It requires few maintenance components and can transport materials up to 60 meters horizontally and up to 40 meters vertically.
5. It is ideal for various solid material industries, including food, chemical, new energy, and building materials, demonstrating its versatility and wide application range.
6. Offering a variety of materials and specifications, this conveyor is available in 304 material, 316L material, Q235, Q345, and more, ensuring compatibility with diverse industrial needs.
7. However, it is currently unsuitable for certain materials and categories, such as metal powder and particles with high wear and tear. It primarily targets materials with strong grinding forces.
