Working principle of vacuum suction machine:
1. Utilize a powerful vacuum pump or Roots blower to create a negative pressure airflow, effortlessly drawing in material from the feed inlet. A separator skillfully differentiates the gas from the material, allowing it to gracefully fall into the silo due to its inherent weight.
2. Upon the silo reaching full capacity or the predetermined suction time, the vacuum pump halts. The internal pressure balances, the discharge valve opens, and the material smoothly descends into the storage container through the discharge port. 3. During discharge, an automatic back-blowing mechanism activates the compressed air bag on the filter, ensuring pristine cleanliness.
3. Post-discharge, the discharge valve automatically seals, initiating the seamless cycle of the entire conveying process once again.
