Product Description

The Horizontal Ribbon Mixers are masterfully engineered for the seamless mixing, stirring, and blending of powders, granular materials, slurries, or viscous substances. These mixers can be customized with a liquid spraying system and tailored to meet user specifications, allowing them to operate efficiently under vacuum, pressurized, heated, or cooled conditions. This exceptional versatility caters to the dynamic mixing and stirring demands of materials across diverse process conditions. Horizontal ribbon mixers are extensively utilized in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and building materials industries. They are adept at mixing powder with powder, integrating powder with a small quantity of liquid, and blending powder with granules.

The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer features a primary composition of a mixing chamber and a stirrer drive device. Within the U-shaped tubular chamber lies a double-layered, counter-rotating ribbon spiral agitator shaft. The outer spiral ribbon, powered by energy, propels materials from both ends of the U-shaped chamber towards the center, while the inner spiral ribbon directs materials from the center towards the ends, creating a powerful convective mixing effect. The discharge port is strategically positioned at the center of the bottom of the horizontal chamber. The spiral design of the outer ribbon, in harmony with the rotation direction of the main shaft, guides the material within the chamber towards the central discharge port, ensuring there are no dead corners during discharge, thus optimizing efficiency.
