Construction of the hoist
Hoists are generally composed of basic components such as motors, reducers, conveyor sprockets, chains, hoppers, etc.
1. Motor: As the power source of the hoist, it is used to provide mechanical energy.
2. Reducer: Converts the high-speed rotation output by the motor into the low-speed rotation required for the conveyor sprocket.
3. Conveyor chain wheel: It is an important component of the elevator, receiving power from the machine and acting on the hopper through chain transmission, carrying animal material upward along the vertical direction of the elevator.
4. Chain: Transfer the power of the conveying sprocket to the hopper.
5. Hopper: used to store and transport materials, transporting them up the elevator.



Product features:
1. Low crushing rate and good overall material integrity
The Z-type bucket elevator adopts an inflow feeding method, which is not a traditional excavation feeding method. The entire process has a low material crushing rate, and is suitable for vertically lifting various fragile or non fragile materials, such as melon seeds, peanuts, nuts, rice, corn, potato chips, etc. The lifting height can reach 100 meters, and the conveying capacity is 3-100 cubic meters/hour.
2. Flexible layout and small footprint
The Z-type bucket elevator has the characteristics of both horizontal and vertical conveying. The lower end has a feeding port, and the discharge port is located at the upper end. The feeding port is generally equipped with feeding devices, such as electromagnetic vibration feeders, which can be used for multi-point feeding of weighing and packaging machine feeders, color selection machine feeders, and automatic weighing and batching system. Through one Z-type bucket elevator equipment, it can meet the feeding needs of multiple silos and save customer equipment procurement costs.
3. Sealing system
The Z-type bucket elevator adopts a closed casing design, with negative pressure circulation for loading and unloading, to avoid dust flying during equipment operation and environmental pollution.
