The Double Screw Conical Mixer , ingeniously designed with two asymmetrical spirals on an internal cantilever, executes both self-rotation around its own axis and revolution driven by the cantilever around the central axis of the vessel. This advanced configuration generates four distinct types of directional forces. The asymmetrical spirals rotate to elevate the material upwards, while the cantilever's gradual revolution circulates the material in a circular motion. This synchronized rotation and revolution of the spirals draw the material inward and disperse it outward in a circular pattern. The upwardly lifted material streams converge at the center and flow downwards, filling the void at the bottom, thus establishing an overall circulating flow.
