The Vacuum Suction Machine, also known as pneumatic conveying, operates by utilizing the air flow generated from a vacuum pressure lower than the external atmospheric pressure (standard atmospheric pressure is 101.325KPa). This creates a streamlined pathway for materials to be efficiently transported within the pipeline.
Crafted from premium 304/316L material, this suction machine boasts an inner surface polished to a pristine 0.6 μ mirror finish. Designed for intermittent conveying, each model's specification indicates the volume of material it can handle per cycle. Once the rated suction volume is achieved, the bottom flap valve opens to discharge the material, then closes to initiate the next suction cycle.
