The Double Screw Conical Mixer , equipped with two asymmetrical spirals on an internal cantilever, performs both self-rotation around its own axis and revolution driven by the cantilever around the central axis of the vessel. This innovative design generates four types of directional forces. The two asymmetrical spirals rotate to lift the material upwards, while the cantilever's slow revolution circulates material in a circular motion. The coordinated rotation and revolution of the spirals draw material inwards and disperse it outwardly in a circular path. The upwardly lifted material streams converge at the center and flow downwards, filling the void at the bottom, thereby creating an overall circulating flow.
