1. This meticulously engineered conveyor boasts a compact structure that minimizes its footprint while offering the unparalleled flexibility to change conveying directions in three dimensions. The assembly includes a driving unit, rotating unit, steering unit, inlet and outlet components, chain pipes, and observation ports, ensuring seamless operation.
2. Ensuring a pristine conveying environment, the material remains in a sealed state from the inlet to the outlet flange. There's no need for a dust collector at the exit, and gas can be infused during material transport to prevent dust from leaking into the environment.
3. The conveyor guarantees smooth material transport along the pipe with negligible internal movement, thereby minimizing damage to the material. The gentle bending mechanism ensures minimal debris production, maintaining the integrity of the material particles.
4. Engineered for efficiency, this conveyor system features low energy consumption, extended conveying distances, and a simplified structure with minimal maintenance requirements. It can transport materials up to 60 meters horizontally and 40 meters vertically.
5. Versatile in its applications, this conveyor is ideal for solid material industries including food, chemical, new energy, and building materials.
6. Available in multiple materials and specifications such as 304, 316L, Q235, and Q345, it caters to a wide array of industry requirements.
7. Please note, it is currently unsuitable for transporting metal powders and particles with high wear and tear, as it is optimized for materials with moderate grinding force.
