Production Details
The pipe chain conveyor, also referred to as a pipe chain machine, pipe conveyor, or chain conveyor, represents the pinnacle of efficiency for continuous transportation of powders, small particles, and minor pieces of loose materials. This versatile conveyor can adapt to horizontal, inclined, and vertical configurations effortlessly. Within its sealed pipeline, the chain serves as the central transmission component, driving the material seamlessly through the pipeline.
During horizontal transport, material particles are propelled by the chain in the direction of movement. When the internal friction between material layers surpasses the external friction against the pipe wall, materials advance in unison with the chain, forming a steady and uniform flow.
In vertical conveying, material particles within the pipe are pushed upwards by the chain. The lower feeding mechanism prevents back-sliding of upper materials, creating lateral pressure that boosts the internal friction among the materials, ensuring continuous upward movement.
When the internal friction among materials exceeds both the external friction against the pipe's inner wall and the material's self-weight, the materials are effectively transported upwards by the chain, resulting in a consistent and seamless material flow.
