The dust-free feeding station is a transfer device that utilizes negative pressure dust collection, suitable for the opening and feeding of transfer materials during the production process. The material can be stored first, then transported, and used in conjunction with a dust collection system to effectively avoid dust flying. The conical part of the silo is equipped with a vibrator to aid in the flow of materials. A screening system can be installed in the silo to prevent blockages of agglomerated materials in the discharge port and conveying pipeline. Designed according to user needs, the materials, dust, and related equipment generated during feeding are effectively isolated from the human body, so that under the negative pressure condition of the fan, the dust and powder are sucked into the filtration system, separating the gas and materials. When the materials accumulate too much, they fall into the material warehouse due to self weight.

Common troubleshooting

When there is a malfunction in the dust-free feeding station, please check according to the following procedure first:
