The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer comprises a robust mixing chamber and a dynamic stirrer drive device. Within the U-shaped tubular chamber lies a double-layered, counter-rotating ribbon spiral agitator shaft. The outer spiral ribbon, driven by power, propels materials from both ends of the chamber towards the center, while the inner spiral ribbon moves materials from the center towards the ends, ensuring a highly efficient convective mixing effect . The discharge port, strategically placed at the center of the chamber's bottom, features a spiral structure that, along with the rotation direction of the main shaft, directs the material towards the central discharge port, eliminating any dead corners during discharge .
