The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer comprises a robust mixing chamber and a stirrer drive mechanism. Within the U-shaped tubular chamber, a double-layered, counter-rotating ribbon spiral agitator shaft is installed. The exterior spiral ribbon, powered by the drive, moves materials from both ends towards the center, while the interior ribbon directs materials from the center towards the ends, producing a dynamic convective mixing effect . The discharge port, centrally positioned at the bottom of the horizontal chamber, ensures smooth material flow. The spiral structure of the outer ribbon, combined with the rotation of the main shaft, guides the material towards the central discharge port, eliminating any discharge dead corners .
