The pipe chain conveyor, also known as a pipe chain machine, pipe conveyor, or chain conveyor, is the quintessential solution for the continuous transport of powders, small particles, and loose materials. This versatile equipment seamlessly combines horizontal, inclined, and vertical transportation within a closed pipeline system. Utilizing a robust chain as its core transmission component, it effectively propels material through the pipeline.
In horizontal transportation, the material particles are strategically pushed by the chain in the intended direction. When the internal friction between material layers surpasses the external friction between the material and the pipe wall, the material advances with the chain, creating a stable and continuous flow.
For vertical conveying, the chain-driven material particles inside the pipe are efficiently pushed upwards. The lower feeding mechanism ensures that the upper material remains stationary, generating lateral pressure that bolsters the internal friction force of the material.
When the internal friction force among materials exceeds both the external friction force with the inner pipe wall and the material's own weight, the material ascends with the chain, establishing a continuous upward flow.
