The Conical Screw Ribbon Mixers are widely employed for the mixing, stirring, and blending of powders, granular materials, slurries, and viscous substances. They can be outfitted with a liquid spraying system and customized to meet user specifications, enabling operation under vacuum, pressurized, heated, or cooled conditions. This exceptional versatility allows them to meet the diverse mixing and stirring requirements of materials under various process conditions.

The Conical Screw Ribbon Mixers
offer robust mixing capabilities. During operation, materials near the container wall ascend, while those at the center descend, ensuring gentle yet comprehensive mixing of flowable materials. This design facilitates a high degree of uniform mixing for large quantities of materials in a remarkably short period. The superior design of the discharge mechanism ensures that the material in the hopper is nearly entirely discharged, significantly reducing material residue.
