The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer is principally comprised of a mixing chamber and a stirrer drive device. Within the U-shaped tubular chamber resides a double-layered, counter-rotating ribbon spiral agitator shaft. The outer spiral ribbon, powered by a drive, pushes materials from both ends of the chamber toward the center, while the inner spiral propels materials from the center towards the ends, creating a highly effective convective mixing effect. The discharge port is strategically placed at the center bottom of the horizontal chamber. The outer ribbon's spiral structure, paired with the main shaft's rotation direction, ensures the material is guided efficiently towards the central discharge port, eliminating any dead corners during the discharge process.
