Operating Principle of the Vacuum Suction Machine:
1. A vacuum pump or Roots blower creates a negative pressure airflow, drawing material in through the feed inlet. The separator then efficiently isolates the gas from the material, allowing the material to fall into the silo due to gravity.
2. Upon reaching full capacity or the set suction time, the vacuum pump shuts off. The internal pressure equilibrates, the discharge valve opens, and the material smoothly drops into the storage container through the discharge port. 3. During discharge, the compressed air bag activates, automatically cleaning the filter with back blowing.
3. Post-discharge, the valve closes automatically, readying the system to begin the conveying cycle anew.
