The Conical Screw Ribbon Mixers deliver powerful mixing capabilities. During operation, materials near the container wall are pushed upwards, while those at the center move downwards, achieving gentle yet thorough mixing of flowable materials to ensure excellent uniformity. This design allows for the high-degree uniform mixing of large quantities of materials in a remarkably short period. The innovative design of the discharge mechanism ensures that material in the hopper is almost completely discharged, significantly minimizing material residue and enhancing efficiency.
