Production Details
The pipe chain conveyor, commonly referred to as a pipe chain machine, pipe conveyor, or chain conveyor, is an exemplary solution for the continuous transportation of powders, small particles, and loose materials. Its versatile design allows for horizontal, inclined, and vertical material conveyance. Utilizing a closed pipeline system, the chain functions as a robust transmission component, propelling material seamlessly through the pipeline.
In horizontal conveyance, material particles are efficiently pushed by the chain in the direction of motion. The internal friction force between material layers surpasses the external friction against the pipe wall, enabling the material to move synchronously with the chain, creating a consistent material flow.
During vertical conveyance, material particles within the pipe are driven upwards by the chain. The lower feeding mechanism prevents the upper material from sliding, generating lateral pressure that amplifies the internal friction force of the material, ensuring smooth upward movement.
When the internal friction force among materials exceeds both the external friction against the pipe's inner wall and the material's own weight, a continuous material flow is achieved as the material is conveyed upwards with the chain.
