Introducing the Horizontal Ribbon Mixer which is ingeniously designed with a robust mixing chamber and a high-efficiency stirrer drive device. Within the U-shaped tubular chamber, a double-layered, counter-rotating ribbon spiral agitator shaft is installed. The outer spiral ribbon, driven by power, moves materials from both ends of the chamber towards the center, while the inner spiral ribbon pushes materials from the center towards the ends, creating an effective convective mixing effect . The strategically placed discharge port at the center of the bottom of the horizontal chamber, along with the spiral structure of the outer ribbon and the rotation direction of the main shaft, ensures efficient discharge without dead corners .
