Working Principle of the Vacuum Suction Machine:
1. Harnessing the power of a vacuum pump or Roots blower, our system creates a negative pressure airflow that deftly suctions in materials through the feed inlet. The sophisticated separator then meticulously segregates the gas from the material, allowing the material to gracefully descend into the silo by its own weight.
2. When the silo brims to capacity or the preset suction time elapses, the vacuum pump halts. The equipment's internal pressure stabilizes, the discharge valve opens, and the material seamlessly flows into the storage container via the discharge port. 3. During discharge, the compressed air bag on the filter springs into action, ensuring the system undergoes an automatic and thorough back-blowing cleaning.
3. Upon completion of the discharge, the discharge valve closes autonomously, and the entire conveying cycle recommences effortlessly.
