Production Details
The pipe chain conveyor, often referred to as a pipe chain machine, pipe conveyor, or simply chain conveyor, stands as the epitome of efficiency for the continuous conveyance of powders, small particles, and minor loose materials. This versatile marvel can seamlessly integrate horizontal, inclined, and vertical transportation modes. Encased within a closed pipeline, it utilizes a robust chain as the transmission component, propelling the material along the pipeline with unmatched precision.
In horizontal transportation, material particles are firmly pushed by the chain, smoothly gliding in the intended direction. When the internal friction between material layers surpasses the external friction between the material and the pipe wall, the materials advance harmoniously with the chain, creating a steady, uninterrupted material flow.
For vertical conveying, the chain pushes material particles upwards, while the lower feeding mechanism obstructs the upper material from sliding back. This generates lateral pressure, thereby amplifying the internal friction force within the material, ensuring a consistent upward flow.
When the internal friction among the materials exceeds both the external friction between the material and the pipe wall, and the material's own weight, it ascends effortlessly with the chain, resulting in a continuous and stable upward material flow.
