screw conveyor
A loss-in-weight feeder (loss-in-weight feeder) is a sophisticated machine designed to deliver precise amounts of material. It includes a hopper, feeder (single-axis or double-axis screw), weighing system, and regulator. During operation, the entire setup-hopper, material, and feeder-is continuously weighed. The actual weight loss rate is tracked and compared with the targeted rate. This intelligent system automatically adjusts the feeder rate to correct deviations, ensuring continuous, even, and accurate feeding.
The loss-in-weight feeder (loss-in-weight feeder) is engineered to handle a variety of materials such as plastic granules, powders, calcium carbonate, talcum powder, resin film powders, flour, and starch. To cater to different raw materials, we offer two scales: powder scales (for materials with poor fluidity) and granular scales (to prevent bridging issues). These solutions effectively address common production challenges.

Twin screw volumetric feeder
1. Ideal for powders with poor fluidity, glass fiber, and flake materials, providing more uniform feeding compared to single screw systems.
2. Optional horizontal and vertical stirring devices to resolve material bridging issues.
3. Selection of appropriate feeding screws based on material characteristics.
4. Drive motor options: variable frequency or servo motor.
5. Enhanced screw design for easy installation, disassembly, and to prevent material accumulation at the screw root.
6. The feeding component is designed for easy disassembly, cleaning, replacement, and maintenance.
7. Material contact parts are made from 304/316 stainless steel.
8. Seals are available in silicone rubber, nitrile rubber, and polytetrafluoroethylene.
9. Customizable hopper volume.
