A loss-in-weight feeder (loss-in-weight feeder) is a sophisticated machine designed to deliver precise amounts of material. It includes a hopper, feeder (single-axis or double-axis screw), weighing system, and regulator. During operation, the entire setup-hopper, material, and feeder-is continuously weighed. The actual weight loss rate is tracked and compared with the targeted rate. The loss-in-weight feeder (loss-in-weight feeder) is engineered to handle a variety of materials such as plastic granules, powders, calcium carbonate, talcum powder, resin film powders, flour, and starch. To cater to different raw materials, we offer two scales: powder scales (for materials with poor fluidity) and granular scales (to prevent bridging issues).
