The Disc Conveyor System for Vertical Conveying of Powder and Granular Bulk Material is crafted from an assembly of one or more pipe chain conveyors. This versatile system offers three primary modes of transportation: horizontal, inclined, and vertical. Each individual pipe chain conveyor integrates key components including a driving device, tensioning device, steering gear, conveying pipe, chain material tray, and a sophisticated control system.

Product Features
1. The system boasts a compact structure with a minimal footprint, offering the flexibility to alter the conveying direction in three dimensions. It includes a driving unit, rotating unit, steering unit, inlet and outlet components, chain pipes, and observation ports, ensuring efficient and adaptable operations.
2. From the inlet to the outlet flange, the transported material remains in a completely sealed state. This eliminates the need for a dust collector at the exit and allows for gas filling during material transport, guaranteeing zero dust leakage into the environment.
3. Materials glide smoothly along the pipe with minimal internal movement, significantly reducing material damage. The system's slow bend transportation generates very little debris from material particles, ensuring gentle handling.
4. With low energy consumption and the ability to convey materials over long distances, this system features a straightforward structure with minimal maintenance needs. It can transport materials up to 60 meters horizontally and up to 40 meters vertically.
5. The system is ideal for industries dealing with solid materials, such as food, chemical, new energy, and building materials, offering versatile applicability.
6. A variety of materials and specifications are available to meet diverse needs, including options like 304 material, 316L material, Q235, Q345, and more.
7. Note that the system is currently unsuitable for materials that are metal powder, highly abrasive, or have a strong grinding force.
