Product Description

Double cone mixer refers to a mixing equipment that mixes various powders evenly through a rotating cylinder. The mixing cylinder is driven by an electric motor and reducer through gear transmission to rotate. During operation, various prepared powder materials are added to the mixing cylinder. Through the rotation of the cylinder, the materials are repeatedly aggregated and separated by their gravity and centrifugal force to achieve uniform mixing. The mixed materials are discharged from the discharge port by their own weight
Working Principle
Suitable for crushing with different specific gravity or mixing with other additives.
Adopting internal and external rotary stirring, with high uniformity.
The mixing bucket can be tilted at any angle to facilitate discharge and cleaning needs.
Equipped with an automatic timing device, it can be set to automatically stop for 0-60 minutes.
Stainless steel butterfly valve is used for material discharge, and there is no dust leakage or flying phenomenon.
Mixing using the principle of gravity diffusion reduces the pressure on the material and does not cause shear crushing of the material.
