Product Features
1. Ingenious design with a compact structure and minimal footprint, allowing seamless three-dimensional direction changes. This robust system includes a driving unit, rotating unit, steering unit, inlet and outlet components, chain pipes, and observation ports.
2. Guaranteeing a sealed state from inlet to outlet flange, this system negates the need for a dust collector at the exit. It can be gas-filled during transport, ensuring no dust leakage into the environment.
3. Experience smooth and gentle material transport along the pipe with almost no internal movement, minimizing material damage. Slow bend transport ensures that very few material particles produce debris.
4. Benefit from low energy consumption and the capability to cover long distances-up to 60 meters horizontally and 40 meters vertically. The simple structure requires minimal maintenance.
5. Ideal for solid material industries, our system excels in various sectors including food, chemical, new energy, and building materials.
6. Choose from multiple materials and specifications such as 304, 316L, Q235, and Q345, tailored to your specific needs.
7. Note: Currently unsuitable for materials like metal powder and particles with high wear and tear, especially those with strong grinding forces.
