As the large bag is elevated to the bag clamping device, a simple press of the control button activates the cylinder piston rod, lifting the pressure plate. Operators can easily guide the mouth of the ton bag through the pressure plate's center hole into the space between the inner and outer rings. A subsequent button press retracts the piston rod, allowing the pressure plate to align perfectly with the upper planes of the rings, creating a secure closed material channel. Once the bag mouth tie rope is detached, materials flow effortlessly into the lower hopper. The synchronized actions of the pressure plate and sealing ring ensure a dust-free environment, preventing any leakage.
