Product Description

The Double Screw Conical Mixer, a marvel of engineering prowess, comes equipped with two asymmetrical spirals on an internal cantilever. These spirals perform a dual action: self-rotation around their own axis and a graceful revolution, driven by the cantilever, around the vessel's central axis. This ingenious design creates four dynamic directional forces. As the spirals rotate, they elevate the material upwards, while the cantilever's measured revolution circulates it in a seamless circular motion. The harmonious rotation and revolution of the spirals draw the material inward, dispersing it outward in a precise circular trajectory. The upwardly moving material streams unite at the center, cascading downwards to fill the void at the bottom, thereby establishing an efficient overall circulating flow.
