Horizontal ribbon mixers are extensively utilized in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and building materials. They excel in mixing powder with powder, incorporating powder with a small amount of liquid, and blending powder with granules.

The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer is ingeniously designed with a primary mixing chamber and a robust stirrer drive device. Inside the U-shaped tubular chamber, a double-layered, counter-rotating ribbon spiral agitator shaft works seamlessly. The outer spiral ribbon, driven by a powerful motor, moves materials from both ends towards the center, while the inner spiral ribbon pushes materials from the center to the ends, resulting in a superior convective mixing effect . The discharge port, strategically located at the center bottom of the horizontal chamber, along with the outer ribbon's spiral structure and the main shaft's rotation, precisely directs the material towards the central discharge port, ensuring there are zero dead corners during discharge .
