The operational brilliance of a pipe chain conveyor lies in its principle: During horizontal transport, material particles are adeptly propelled by the chain's motion. When the internal cohesion among material layers surpasses the external friction with the pipe wall, the material advances harmoniously with the chain, establishing a consistent, stable material flow. In vertical transport, the chain effectively pushes the material particles upwards, while the lower feed stabilizes the upper material, generating lateral pressure to bolster internal cohesion. When this internal cohesion surpasses both the external friction with the pipe and the material's gravitational pull, the material elevates along with the chain, achieving a continuous flow of materials.
