Working Principle of the Vacuum Suction Machine:
1. Utilizing a vacuum pump or Roots blower, negative pressure airflow is created to efficiently draw material in from the feed inlet. Through a separator, the gas and material are expertly separated, allowing the material to gracefully descend into the silo by its own weight.
2. Once the silo is full or the predetermined suction time is reached, the vacuum pump ceases operation. The internal pressure of the equipment balances, the discharge valve opens, and the material is smoothly transferred into the storage container via the discharge port. 3. During this discharge phase, the compressed air bag on the filter activates, ensuring automatic and thorough back-blowing cleaning.
3. Upon completion of the discharge, the discharge valve closes automatically, and the entire conveying process seamlessly begins anew.

d. Fully compliant with GMP standards, utilizing high-quality materials such as 304 or 316L.
