As the large bag ascends above the clamping device, a simple press of a button on the controller extends the cylinder piston rod, raising the pressure plate effortlessly. The operator then guides the ton bag mouth through the central aperture of the pressure plate, positioning it perfectly between the inner and outer rings. Another press of the button retracts the piston rod, seamlessly lowering the pressure plate to align with the inner and outer rings' top surface. This action ingeniously creates a sealed material channel, allowing the bag mouth tie rope to be removed for easy material flow into the lower hopper. The synchronized operation of the pressure plate and sealing ring ensures optimal dust containment, making the process clean and efficient.
