Product Introduction
Vacuum suction feeder is also called suction type pneumatic conveying. Vacuum conveying relies on the air flow generated by the pressure lower than the external atmospheric pressure (standard atmospheric pressure is equal to 101.325KPa) to carry the material along the pipeline flow route for conveying.

Characteristic
It is suitable for conveying materials from multiple points to a single point. It attracts and conveys scattered materials from various places one by one.
It is particularly convenient for conveying materials with a wide accumulation area or those placed in the ground or deep places to a high position.
It is very convenient to use the suction type when the lower part of the material tank or hopper is narrow.
The feeding point will not cause dust to fly,
the feeding point can be open,
the feeding mode is simple in structure.
The suction type will not cause air pollution due to pipeline leakage.
Introduction of RX-lightweight vacuum suction feeder
RX type vacuum feeding machine is divided into RX-2, RX-3, RX-7, RX-14, RX-33, RX-56 6 standard type vacuum feeding machine
This type of suction machine is made of 304/316L material, with a mirror finish on the inner surface of 0.6μm. The standard model is intermittent conveyor, and the number in the specifications represents the volume of each suction. After each suction reaches the rated volume, open the bottom flap valve, unload the material, and close the valve to start the suction again.
