Regulated Feeder
A loss-in-weight feeder (loss-in-weight feeder) is an advanced machine equipped with a hopper, a single-axis or double-axis screw feeder, a weighing system, and a regulator. During its operation, the combined weight of the hopper, material, and feeder is continuously monitored. As the material dispenses, the system measures the actual weight loss rate and compares it with the preset weight loss rate (set value). The loss-in-weight feeder (loss-in-weight feeder) then automatically adjusts the feeder rate to correct any deviations, ensuring continuous, uniform, and precise material feeding.
The loss-in-weight feeder (loss-in-weight feeder) is expertly designed for handling materials such as plastic granules, powders, calcium carbonate, talcum powder, resin film powders, flour, and starch. For various raw materials, we provide two distinct types of scales: powder scales, which address metering and feeding issues of materials with poor fluidity, and granular scales, which resolve any potential bridging problems. These solutions effectively overcome production process challenges.
Single Screw Feeder Parameters
Item(with/without stiring ) | Feeding Capacity | Power | Standard Hopper Volume |
