1. Utilizing a high-efficiency vacuum pump or Roots blower, the machine generates negative pressure airflow. This airflow meticulously draws materials from the feed inlet, separates gas and materials through an advanced separator, allowing the materials to gracefully descend into the silo by their own weight.
2. Upon the silo reaching its capacity or the set suction time, the vacuum pump halts. Achieving pressure equilibrium within the equipment, the discharge valve opens, and materials smoothly transition into the storage container through the discharge port. Additionally, during discharge, an activated compressed air bag on the filter initiates an automatic back-blowing cleaning process.
3. Following the completion of discharge, the discharge valve automatically closes, seamlessly restarting the entire conveying cycle.
