Additionally, it can be customized with a sealed bag clamp for airtight bag opening, effectively eliminating dust dispersion. For materials with poor flowability, we offer optional vibration or tapping devices to assist in the unloading process.

Unpacking methods include manual assistance for bag opening or the use of automatic knife cutting, adapting seamlessly to various types of ton bags. The high efficiency of the Ton Bag Feeding Station effectively addresses challenges such as clumping and difficult material discharge caused by moisture absorption during bag opening.
