The pipe chain conveyor, also known as a pipe chain machine, pipe conveyor, or chain conveyor, is the ultimate solution for the continuous transport of powder, small particles, and loose materials. It offers versatile transportation options-horizontal, oblique, and vertical-all within a sealed pipeline. Utilizing a robust chain as the transmission component, it efficiently drives the materials through the pipeline.
In horizontal transport, the chain pushes the material particles along the direction of movement. When the internal friction between material layers surpasses the external friction between the material and pipe wall, the material advances steadily with the chain, creating a seamless material flow.
For vertical conveying, the chain pushes material particles upwards inside the pipe. Lower feeding prevents the upper material from sliding down, generating lateral pressure that enhances the internal friction, ensuring smooth upward transport.
When the internal friction among materials exceeds the external friction between the material and the inner pipe wall and the material's own weight, the chain transports the material upwards, forming a continuous, stable material flow.
