Production Details
The pipe chain conveyor, also known as a pipe chain machine, pipe conveyor, or chain conveyor, stands out as the ultimate solution for the continuous transportation of powders, fine particles, and small pieces of loose materials. Its versatile design supports horizontal, oblique, and vertical configurations, ensuring comprehensive material handling solutions. In a sealed pipeline, the robust chain serves as the transmission component, propelling materials smoothly through the system.
During horizontal transportation, the chain effectively pushes material particles in the desired direction. A stable material flow is achieved when the internal friction between material layers surpasses the external friction between the material and the pipe wall, ensuring efficient and consistent movement with the chain.
In vertical conveying, the chain drives material particles upwards within the pipe. The strategic lower feeding mechanism prevents the upper materials from sliding back, which generates lateral pressure, thereby enhancing the internal friction force within the material.
The material is seamlessly transported upwards with the chain when the internal friction force between materials exceeds both the external friction force with the pipe's inner wall and the material's self-weight, creating a continuous and reliable material flow.

Product Features
Advantages of Pipe Chain Conveyors
Ease of Maintenance: The conveyor's design, primarily driven by chains, ensures a straightforward structure and minimal maintenance requirements. Regular checks and lubrication of chains are all that's needed to maintain long-term, stable operation.
Dust-Free Operation: The completely enclosed design of the pipe chain conveyor ensures efficient handling and containment of dust, odors, toxic, and even harmful substances.
proof design allows it to handle and contain dust, odors, toxic, and even harmful substances
