Working principle

1. Dust collection: The manual feeding station can achieve no dust overflow during the manual feeding process. The unpacked material enters the cone inside the feeding table, and the overflowing dust is adsorbed by a strong negative pressure airflow during the feeding process, which is then blocked by the filter element. Clean gas is then discharged through the inside of the filter element and then through the fan.
2. Cleaning the filter element: During the operation of the system, the adsorption of materials by the filter element can increase the filtration resistance. Therefore, it is necessary to use a high flow pulse airflow to blow back the filter element to maintain the operating resistance of the fan within the allowable range.
3. Powder conveying: The materials inside the cone of the manual feeding station are transported to the downstream device through a negative or positive pressure conveying system, enabling on-site dust-free operation and operation.
