Dust tight feeding station, Dustless feeding station, Dust free unpacker
Working Principle
Feeding Station
1,When small bags of powder material need to be unpacked and poured into the next process, simply manually unpack the bags and place them into the system. The dust generated during feeding is efficiently collected by the dust collection fan.
2,The material is filtered through a vibrator (safety screen) to intercept large blocks of material and foreign objects, ensuring that only particles meeting the required standards are discharged.
