1. The vacuum suction machine utilizes a vacuum pump or Roots blower to create a negative pressure airflow, which effectively draws material in from the feed inlet. Through a sophisticated separator, gas and material are meticulously separated, allowing the material to gracefully descend into the silo by the force of gravity.
2. Once the silo reaches full capacity or the predefined suction time concludes, the vacuum pump ceases operation. The internal pressure of the equipment stabilizes, the discharge valve activates, and the material smoothly transitions into the storage container via the discharge port. 3. During discharge, the compressed air bag on the filter initiates, automatically executing a back-blowing process to clean the filter.
3. After discharge, the discharge valve seamlessly shuts, and the entire conveying process recommences, ensuring a continuous cycle of efficient operation.
