Product Description
Vacuum Feeder Conveyor is also called suction pneumatic conveying, vacuum conveying is to rely on the pressure below the external atmospheric pressure (standard atmospheric pressure is equal to 101.325KPa) generated by the air flow, carrying materials along the pipeline flow line for transportation. This Vacuum Transporting Feeder is made of 304/316L stainless steel and has a 0.6 μm mirror finish on the inner surface.
Application of Vacuum Conveying Feeder: Suitable for conveying powder and granular bulk materials in industries such as medicine, food, chemical, batteries, and rubber, and automatic feeding of equipment such as mixers, packaging machines, crushers, and vibrating screens.
(1) Suitable for conveying materials from multiple points to one point. Attract and transport dispersed materials from various locations in sequence.
(2) There are special conveniences for transporting materials with a wide accumulation area or stored in a deep location to a high position.
(3) The lower part of the material tank or hopper is narrow, and the suction type is very convenient.
(4) There will be no dust flying at the feeding point.

(7) The suction type will not cause pipeline leakage and air pollution.
