The Double Screw Conical Mixer, featuring an innovative design with two asymmetrical spirals on an internal cantilever, showcases unparalleled efficiency. It not only spins with self-rotation around its own axis but also engages in a synchronized revolution, driven by its cantilever, around the central axis of the vessel. This sophisticated mechanism generates four distinct types of directional forces. As these spirals rotate, they expertly lift the material upwards, while the cantilever's gradual revolution propels the material in a seamless circular motion. This harmonious rotation and revolution draw the material inward and disperse it outward, creating an elegant circular path. The upwardly lifted material streams elegantly converge at the center, flowing gracefully downwards to fill the void at the bottom, thereby orchestrating a comprehensive circulating flow.
