Working Principle of the Vacuum Suction Machine:
1. Harnessing the power of a vacuum pump or Roots blower, the system generates a robust negative pressure airflow. This airflow efficiently draws material from the feed inlet, where a separator meticulously separates gas and material. Subsequently, the material gracefully descends into the silo under its own weight.
2. Upon the silo reaching capacity or the predetermined suction time, the vacuum pump ceases operation. As the internal pressure stabilizes, the discharge valve opens, allowing the material to flow seamlessly into the storage container. 3. During discharge, the compressed air bag on the filter activates, initiating an automatic back-blowing mechanism for thorough cleaning.
3. Upon completion of discharge, the discharge valve closes automatically, and the entire sophisticated conveying process recommences its cycle.
