The Double Screw Conical Mixer, meticulously designed with two asymmetrical spirals mounted on an internal cantilever, offers a dual-motion mechanism. These spirals not only self-rotate around their axes but also revolve around the central axis of the vessel, driven by the cantilever. This intelligent configuration generates four distinct directional forces, ensuring unparalleled mixing efficiency. As the asymmetrical spirals rotate, they lift the material upwards, while the cantilever's deliberate revolution circulates it in a seamless circular motion. This harmonious rotation and revolution draw the material inward and disperse it outwardly, creating a circular path of motion. The material streams, lifted upwards, converge at the center and flow downwards, filling the void at the bottom, thereby establishing a comprehensive circulating flow that guarantees a homogeneous mix.
