The innovative pipe chain conveyor system offers a seamless continuous conveying solution for transporting bulk materials such as powders, particles, and small pieces. Utilizing a closed pipeline, the chain piece acts as a dynamic transmission component, guiding materials effortlessly along the pipeline. Depending on specific requirements, it can be configured for horizontal, vertical, or inclined conveying.
The pipe chain conveyor operates on a simple yet effective principle: During horizontal transport, materials are gently propelled by the chain in the desired direction. A harmonious balance is achieved when the internal friction between material layers surpasses the external friction against the pipe walls, resulting in fluid material flow. In vertical conveyance, particles are progressively elevated by the chain. The strategic lower feeding mechanism stabilizes upper materials, creating lateral pressure that significantly boosts internal friction. When this friction exceeds both the external friction and the self-weight of the materials, a continuous and smooth upward flow is established.
