Product Description

Working principle

1. The dust-free screening and feeding station is divided into two main components: the upper part is for dust collection, and the lower part is for raw material screening or conveying.
2. The upper part collects the dust through a negative pressure fan to the high-density filter element. After a period of time, the filter element is backwashed through a pulse device, and the dust falls back into the lower direct discharge screen for screening. The backwash principle realizes the reuse of materials and ensures that raw materials do not lose.
3. Lower screening equipment: It can be matched with straight row screens, rotary vibrating screens, ultrasonic vibrating screens, screw conveyors, and positive pressure or vacuum conveying systems.
4. The selection criteria are determined based on the customer's suitability for material screening and material reception.
